We do not accept cancellation/refund requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of service dispatched is not as per the requirement that was agreed upon or communicated.
We strongly stand behind our service/product and satisfaction with the service/product is important to our company. However, because our services are digital and delivered over Internet or downloads we generally offer no refunds.

Also we provide 30 day return policy so that subscriber can request the refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be entertained.
